 | John Allison is a mature student, training in our Aylsham office to become a chartered building surveyor under RICS Graduate Route 1. He says: “Since joining NPS I have met a lot of very knowledgeable people in the company – and more importantly I have found everyone to be friendly and approachable and willing to take the time to help a new recruit. I think the company is committed to training, and I feel that they are as keen as I am for me to complete my APC and become a full RICS member. There are of course work pressures which impact on things like the regular review meetings, but I feel the balance between work and training is much better handled than it was at other companies I worked at in my youth.“
