We require a dynamic and suitably experienced commercially astute person to lead and develop the Norwich multi-disciplinary design business. You will be responsible for the commercial success and growth of a £7m business, whilst ensuring excellent customer service is provided by the 100 plus staff. You will have a proven commercial track record, outstanding leadership and performance management qualities plus the ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
