The NPS Group has maintained its 'one to watch' status in the prestigious Best Companies Accreditation. Best Companies Limited is an independent and authoritative research company that specialises in Workplace Engagement.
Randomly chosen employees of the Group were invited to confidentially evaluate the company in the following areas: Leadership, Well Being, My Manager, My Team, My Company, Personal Growth, Giving Something Back and Fair Deal. The responses were then collated and the accreditation awarded to those companies who attained the required scores.
