Our Castleford office has successfully updated their quality accreditation to the Quality Management System ISO 9001:2008 following an external audit.
This upgraded accreditation now also incorporates water hygiene control and asbestos surveys, meaning that all of the services offered by NPS out of Castleford, are now covered by the standard.
ISO 9001:2008 is internationally recognised for the quality management of businesses. It demonstrates our commitment to service quality and customer satisfaction and to continuously improving quality management systems in line with the realities of the changing business environment.
The certification is based on eight quality management principles including customer focus, involvement of people, leadership, continual improvement and mutually beneficial supplier relationships.
