Norse Group Limited is the holding company of NPS and Norse Commercial Services. Norse Group Limited is wholly owned by Norfolk County Council.
NPS Property Consultants Limited is the parent company for the whole of the NPS Group. Apart from providing group support functions, it also trades in its own right from our offices in Aylsham, Kings Lynn, Norwich, Long Stratton, Lowestoft, and Woodbridge. The company is our main vehicle for delivering property maintenance and consultancy services to the sole shareholder Norfolk County Council, as well as other public and private sector customers in the East of England.
NPS Group subsidiary companies:
NPS North West Limited is a joint venture with Wigan Council that was established in April 2004. The company was further expanded in April 2006 to include a similar partnership with South Lakeland District Council. Staff are located in new premises in Wigan and in Kendal.
NPS North East Limited was created in October 2004 as a joint venture with Wakefield Council. The Council’s property services staff transferred and now work in new premises in Castleford.
NPS Stockport Limited was created as a joint venture with Stockport Metropolitan Borough Council in November 2006. More than 80 of the Council's property staff transferred and now work in new premises in Stockport.
NPS London Limited was established in March 2007 as a joint venture with the London Borough of Waltham Forest. More than 50 staff transferred and are now located in new offices in Chingford.
NPS South West Limited began trading in April 2007 as a joint venture with Devon County Council. 135 staff were transferred and now work in new offices in Exeter, with local premises in Ivybridge and Barnstaple.
NPS Humber Limited began trading in November 2008 as a joint venture with Hull City Council. More than 100 of the Council's staff transferred to NPS Humber.
NPS South East Limited is a subsidiary that delivers services to public and private sector customers across the South-East of England. It was formed in February 2009, and trades from our offices in Norwich, Needham Market, Luton, Chelmsford, Hampton Court, Whitstable, and Brighton.
